Best Cut (S) XL35 is a general purpose soluble cutting fluid of the non-EP type. It forms a white emulsion with water.

XL35 has a superior cooling and lubricating properties which impart excellent surface finish and
minimizes tool wear.
Best Cut (S) XL35 is based on solvent refined mineral oil and package of emulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, rust inhibitor and suitable biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion.
Product Application :
Best Cut (S) XL35 application is recommended for general purpose metal cutting operations on ferrous and non ferrous
materials. The various operations include milling, turning, drilling, reaming, tapping, screwing and grinding.
Guidance for Optimum Utilization :
- Always add cutting oil to water and not vice versa.
- Agitate well for 15 minutes by air or by mechanical means to get homogenous solution to ensures long
coolant life.
- Take care to avoid contaminations of cutting oil emulsion with other lubricating oils.
Contamination can upset the equilibrium leading to breakage of emulsion.
- Best Cut (S) XL35 gives a stable emulsion up to 800 ppm hardness.
If hardness is more, then soften the water before making the emulsion.
